Welcome!

The initial process of starting the Information and Library Studies blog was a collaborative effort aiming towards connecting the MSc class of 2015-2016 (Robert Gordon University) with the wider information community. Our class split into groupings of five to six people with the goal of using the blog to present our views on topics relating to the current standards within the world of information.

  1. Great post - Chris is indeed an inspiration. The picture of you all is excellent, with that hyper-realistic underwater effect ;-) You might want to tone down the waves behind the text a little bit further, thoiugh

    1. Thank you for your comment, and we are glad you like it! Toning down the waves might indeed be an excellent recommendation, especially if the text is unclear. Perhaps a lighter oceanic squall rather than hurricane season?

  2. A good and informative blog, you have set the bar high for the rest of us :0. The class photo is great too, is the relation to water with us as MLIS students becoming 'bridges'? I agree about what you call the "hurricane season", it is nice though, like a 'choppy' North Sea looking out from the Moray coast but not too distracting. I particularly liked the description of Chris' presentation as I was not able to attend in person that day. :)
